As a former Assistant General Counsel of Raytheon Engineers & Constructors and Senior Counsel of Westinghouse Electric Corporation, he has counseled senior business executives on domestic and international business matters for many years. Work and projects have included engineering, construction and equipment contracts for, and disputes related to, large power, rail, highway, pharmaceutical and petrochemical facilities.
